All applications for admission must be made on the prescribed forms, which are available in the school office .
The duly filled in forms must be submitted in the ofice not later than the date notified on the school notice board.
Except the L.K.G. classes, the admission to the other classes will depend on the number of vacancies available.
Before admission to any perticular class students are required to clear an entrance examination the class previous to the one to which admission is sought for. The admissions are then offered according to the merit list based on the performance in the entrance examination.
For admission to LKG the minimum age is 3 plus by 1st april as aforesaid .
For admission to UKG the minimum age is 4 plus by 1st April as aforesaid .
At the time of admission original Birth Certificate is to be produced for class I students and Transfer Certificares for seeking admission to class II onwards. The date of birth entered in the admission will be considered legally correct and no change will be allowed later on.
Transfer cases cannot demand admission as a matter of right .
Admission to the XI shall be a fresh admission.
The apllication form for class XI admission must be submitted within a week of decleration of thre board results of standard X examinations.
Academic performance in standard X Examination alone are not the criteria for admission but a consistent school academic performance along with a good conduct certificate are essential. The School reserves the right of a admission to class XI.
An Account payee IPO/Bank Draft/Cash for Rs. 50/- payable in favour of "The Principle, Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir, Gwalior" must be enclosed with duly filled form, towards the entrance examination fee/ Registration.
For admission, the decision of the Principle / Secretary will be final.
