Roshni was conceived as a seed that would flower into an apex centre providing specialised services for the neurology challenged childrenand adults in and around gwalior initially, expanding to cover all of northern M.P. The Ramakrishna Ashrama has already adopted the project as the parent body. The Ashrama community has provided ideal location and space as a start up for ROSHNI's services. Gwalior region has a population of about 4,252,221. It is developing as a major industrial centre and has all the necessary resources for effective rehabilitation services.
